Industrial Floor System/IFS Innovative environmentally friendly, special self-leveling mortar for high abrasion load, indoor and outdoor
BL 400 is a one-component inorganic mortar, based on a new binder system with environment friendly raw materials. It has unique and innovative properties. It even works at high and low ambient temperatures where other materials are very difficult to work with or even fail. The result is a Fast curing, abrasion and chemical resistant floor surface, crack and shrinkage free suitable for all concrete and cement with a thickness of 3 to 40 mm.

Self-leveling Design

BL 410 Design is an inorganic self-leveling mortar on the base of a new innovative binding system with environmentally friendly raw materials. This new binder system is suitable for all concrete and cement with a layer thickness of 3 to 20mm. The result is a very strong, abrasion and chemical resistant surface.

BL 415 Heavy is a one-component, inorganic self -leveling mortar based on a novel binder system using environmentally friendly raw material. This new self-leveling building material for interior areas cures tension free and is suitable for coating thickness 5 to 30 mm. This surface can be exposed to traffic very fast. It is suitable as finishing for concrete and cement screed flooring in the interior with high mechanical and/or chemical loads with high abrasion such as industrial floorings, warehouses, production areas, garages, hospitals, etc.
